Subtle Definition

Volume Enhancement
Noticeable but proportional volume increase for both upper and lower lips. This is the most requested lip filler outcome — a visibly fuller lip that still reads as natural. Your provider will balance both lips to achieve optimal harmony with your facial features.
Lip Flip (Botox)
A small amount of Botox® injected above the upper lip relaxes the orbicularis oris muscle, gently rolling the upper lip outward for the appearance of greater fullness without added volume. A subtle, temporary option that lasts approximately 6–8 weeks — and works beautifully in combination with filler for a comprehensive result.
Correction & Asymmetry

How much is lip filler?

Does lip filler hurt?
Lip filler is one of the more sensitive injection areas, but we take every step to minimize discomfort. A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment, and all our lip filler products contain lidocaine. Most guests describe the experience as very manageable.
How long does lip filler last?
Lip filler typically lasts 9–12 months, though this varies by individual. The lips are a high-movement area, and metabolism tends to be faster here than other parts of the face. Consistent maintenance can extend results over time.
What's the difference between Juvéderm and Revanesse for lips?
Both are excellent HA lip fillers. Juvéderm Ultra XC offers fuller enhancement; Volbella XC is softer and more subtle. Revanesse Versa+ is known for producing less post-injection swelling — an advantage for guests wanting minimal downtime. Your provider will recommend the best product for your goals.
Can lip filler be reversed?
Yes — all hyaluronic acid lip fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase, an enzyme that rapidly breaks down HA. This is one of the major advantages of HA fillers. At NECTAR, we also offer filler dissolve services for guests wanting to adjust or correct previous results.
What's a lip flip vs. lip filler?
A lip flip uses a small amount of Botox® above the upper lip to relax the muscle and gently roll the lip outward — creating subtle fullness without volume. It lasts 6–8 weeks. Lip filler uses HA to add actual volume and shape, lasting 9–12 months. Many guests combine both for a comprehensive result.
